We are switching gears a bit this time around and introducing yoga and mindfulness for all our audience. As we all know, millions of people across the world are working from home right now. Most people are surprised by the stress they feel once the novelty of working from home wears off, and the stress of its challenges becomes more apparent. We will be sharing a few tips and tricks on how to stay energized while working from home with an introduction to Yoga,  the eight limbs of yoga, and simple breathing techniques.
